Denis has also successfully built a medical records business in “Premisa d.o.o.” He worked with well-known brands such as “Bank of America” (Dublin), “JP Morgan” (London), and “Schroders” (Luxembourg) in various senior technology roles.

A highly experienced senior technology executive with passion in helping organisations deliver digital transformation programmes and scaling their business. Bojan has a proven track record of delivery with experiences that range from large software Storage to Financial Services and Travel organisations. He has worked as a developer, technical architect, agile coach, development manager and head of delivery over his 20 year career. For the last five years he has been responsible for technical service delivery to global customers.

As the Chief Financial Officer at Engineering Insights, Brendan plays a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategies. With over 20 years of experience in finance across various industries, including engineering and technology, Brendan excels in financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies. His expertise is crucial in aligning financial management with Engineering Insights’ long-term goals, aiding their expansion and innovation efforts. Brendan’s responsibilities extend beyond managing the company’s financial health to ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.

Marija’s professional journey is a blend of diverse industries and expertise. With a foundation in the American USAID-funded NGO, “ACDI/VOCA,” and “Agromarket Group” (wholesale), she transitioned into the tech sector, working with “Emisia,” “Comtrade,” both IT companies, and “Nielsen,” a tech company specialising in data and analytics. This journey allowed her to contribute her skills and knowledge to both small companies and large corporations. Over the past 15+ years, she has specialised in organisational development, leveraging her experience to become an agile people development professional. Her career trajectory showcases adaptability, expertise across industries, and a dedicated focus on people and agile methodologies, reflecting her commitment to fostering growth and development within organizations.

Jure Hribar, a Computer Science graduate from Ljubljana, embarked on his engineering career in 2001. Over 16 years at Hermes Softlab and Comtrade, he advanced from an engineer to positions in project management and leadership, overseeing various projects and teams. In 2021, he served as a consultant and Project Manager for HR software in Ljubljana before transitioning to Engineering Insights in April 2022. Jure thrives on team collaboration, embraces challenges, and enjoys leisure activities like cycling, hiking, and traveling in his spare time.

With a wealth of experience exceeding 20 years in the fintech sector, Matej Premuš has held key roles across business analysis, quality assurance, and development. His career journey includes a significant 12-year tenure at Raiffeisen Bank, where he honed his expertise in cash management and international transactions. Subsequently, he dedicated four years to Reval, specialising in quality assurance for fintech solutions. At Comtrade/Voyego, Matej assumed the role of QA Lead, overseeing aviation industry projects with a focus on payments and card transactions. Transitioning to Engineering Insights, he contributed his skills to projects within the insurance industry, maintaining a focus on quality assurance. Today, Matej serves as a Delivery Manager, harnessing his multifaceted background to drive success in fintech initiatives.

Rachel is a senior marketing leader specialising in strategic direction, commercial execution, and sales enablement, with international experience across technology and professional services organisations. She works closely with executive and board-level stakeholders to develop and align initiatives that support growth and organisational priorities. She has a proven track record of leading integrated strategies, working with sales, delivery teams, and regional leaders to shape positioning, set priorities, and translate insight into coordinated action that supports long-term business outcomes.

Marko Nikolić, PMP-certified project manager, has over 14 years of delivery experience across multiple geographies and industries. Proficient in both agile and waterfall methodologies, Marko is passionate about delivering excellence. He prioritises building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a client-centric approach in his day-to-day work to ensure the delivery of the best value for the customer. Marko’s focus on team management underscores his belief that a high-performing team is key to any successful delivery. Over the last 6 years, he has specialised in delivery and transformation projects within the airline industry.

Goran is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over a decade of global experience across five continents, including North and South America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. He has successfully collaborated with corporations, government agencies, and startups, adeptly communicating with stakeholders, facilitates seamless onboarding processes, providing invaluable mentorship, and implementing streamlined HR procedures to enhance team efficiency. With extensive industry exposure spanning cybersecurity, FinTech, Airlines, e-commerce, manufacturing, and more, Goran brings adaptability and rich experience to every collaboration.
